“Exactly what I was looking for”

I have been looking for an alternative retirement plan for years—attending endless seminars and meeting with financial advisors—and all I heard was this: 'If you could come up with extra $10,000 or $20,000, or better yet more $$$ a year, you would potentially have a much brighter retirement'. I knew this without them telling me the obvious. The problem was that it was absolutely impossible for me (and I assume for most middle-income people) to put more money aside simply because I didn't have those extra dollars. Mortgage payments, car payments, daycare expenses, etc. were bringing my checking account balance back to zero (or close to it) every month, leaving no chance for any additional investments.

It had been happening up until I met with Lee Loomis and attended one of his Income Advantage seminars. The program sounded great—well thought-out and planned.

That was exactly what I was looking for—the ability to generate income through real estate. I became a member and am in the process of acquiring my third property (huge thanks to Jolene, my QLC, for her professionalism, patience and subject matter expertise). We are Bob and Julie, financial analyst and public schoolteacher. We became interested in Loomis Wealth Solutions as we were looking for someone to help us with Equity Harvesting. We were told that LWS had expertise in this financial strategy. When we contacted Loomis Wealth Solutions, we were invited to a seminar where we learned about Income Advantage and how it would provide a foundation for building wealth. At first we were skeptical. We wondered if there was a catch. But the plan sounded solid, so we attended the next workshop.

By the end of this workshop, we simply liked the Income Advantage business model—how everyone wins, the occupant, the company, and the member. We were excited about the opportunity to generate income and becoming real estate investors. We calculated the income potential of owning 5, 10, 15 properties. It came to $100k+ annual income. We currently own five properties. The process has been very smooth. Our Quadrant Living Coordinator, Dawn Powers, treats us with TLC. If we have any questions or need help, Dawn takes care of us.
